How long will it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Delivery times will vary based on location, with standard shipping typically taking 3-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and will provide tracking details once your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order once processing is complete. Kindly note, certain carriers may experience a 48-hour delay in updating transit information.
What is your return/exchange policy for shipped items?
At INKD NINE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
What do I do if something arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, please email us at ac@inkdnine.com with 'DAMAGED' in the subject line, along with photos of the damaged item. Our team is committed to resolving any issues, and we will respond within 24 hours to assist you.
Am I able to receive a refund if I do not like the product?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Kindly note that returns outside this timeframe cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To ensure a seamless process, please include your name and order number within the package to avoid any delays in processing.
